In my dream, it rained and when I went outside my grass grew tall. I complained saying something like “I just got the grass cut.”

What type of lawn? If it’s a bluegrass or ryegrass, they can grow quite fast in cooler, moist weather. Every 5 day mowing isn’t out of the question during peak growth season.
Yes, grass grows ~ just like the hair on your head! Grass will grow faster when it is warm and it rains . . .
